My wife and I are looking at a house and we\'re really interested. We\'re in the final stages of negotiating, however, the seller seems a little hard to negotiate with. We\'re trying to include a few simple items such as washer and dryer but they don\'t want to leave them with us, we\'re paying over 300k for the house. Anyways, those aren\'t major but my concern is that we get an inspection with lots of repairs and the seller refuses to make the repairs due the lack of negotiations. The sellers realtor has advised them to meet our needs as well and she seems to be on the same page as us, where he isn\'t giving in on simple little demands. The house is nice but not our dream home. Is there anything we can do to make sure in the contract that the seller will pay for all the items that needs fixing? (within reason)

The option period is key for allowing you to negotiate after inspection. Please don\'t worry just negotiating what you think is reasonable and house is yours will be yours.
