“Simply by chance - we ran into Nancy at an open house in 2020. We kept contact through email since then, knowing we were planning a move to the Houston area from Maryland a few years later. Once we were ready to proceed with our move, Nancy met up with me when I was in town for 24 hours to start our search. Then we came back to town a few months later to look in earnest. She had set up numerous viewings and we found the house we wanted. Despite conducting this purchase from across the country, it went flawlessly, mostly due to Nancy's help. She was always immediate with any communication from us to the sellers or vice versa. We set up a remote closing and it went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Nancy to anyone I know relocating in the Houston area. We were so lucky to run into her at that open house 4 years ago, it made this whole process so easy.”
