As a third generation Houstonite, Morgan loves the rich history and diverse neighborhoods of the greater Houston area. After completing her education with a degree in history and classics from the University of Texas, and a law degree from the University of Houston, it was a natural decision to put down roots in Houston. After eight years of navigating the most competitive and challenging markets many buyers and sellers have ever seen, Morgan is well equipped to help clients strategize for the most effective transaction and the greatest financial result possible. Unique properties throughout her career have helped her explore creative techniques for even the most challenging of listings and buyer needs. Applying her legal education and creativity, Morgan prides herself on putting her heart in to every Client's success. When she is not immersed in helping her clients, Morgan enjoys playing polo, and bird hunting with her Gordon setter. She is an active gardener and is heavily invested in the maintenance of Bayou Bend, a project and iconic Houston landmark her own grandmother worked on with Ima Hogg.
