When Morgan reached her limit with Michigan winters, she packed her bags and moved to Houston, Texas in 1977. Morgan attended Sam Houston State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing. Having lived as far north as Huntsville, Texas, and as far south as Clear Lake (with stops in between), Morgan's knowledge and understanding of the market encompasses Greater Houston and beyond. A current resident of the Champions northwest area, Morgan is actively involved in her community with her volunteer efforts and social networks. With a lifelong appreciation for both architecture and interior design, Morgan's journey ultimately led her to become a real estate agent. While expanding her business and building on her pursuit of personal development, Morgan strives to maintain a work-life balance. Her family values of honesty, integrity, and treating others the way she'd want to be treated herself are the golden standards that inform her daily life.
