Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. My name is Liz Franks and I partner here at Top Guns with my husband, Jason Franks. We have two sons, both graduates of Montgomery High School and currently attending Texas A&M University. I was raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. I hold a business degree from The University of Texas and a master's degree in Spanish from Texas A&M University. I taught Spanish for many years in Conroe ISD and Montgomery ISD. I enjoy riding horses, playing pickle ball, hiking in the Texas Hill Country, and collecting Mid-Century Modern furniture and art.
