Kelly Perkins
A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. She attends Lone Star Cowboy Church and loves everything that Montgomery, Texas has to offer.

Kelly was to put it in one-word PHENOMINAL. She kept me up to date on a daily basis and if paperwork needed to be done, she sent it to me immediately and I sent it back to her as soon as I got it. Since I was in Arizona when I purchased the house my daughter and Kelly both went and saw it on my behalf. When I first saw the house, it was on closing day at the final walk through and I will honestly say that Kelly was spot on in her description. Kelly is amazing and had only my best interests in mind.
