Monique Johnson was born and raised in Alabama, but she has spent the last 14 years in the Houston Area. Her engineering background in the oil and gas industry has allowed her the opportunity to build valuable networking relationships with local businesses and people.  She works hard to provide her clients with the necessary tools and knowledge so that they can make and informed real estate decision with her guidance.

Monique has always spent her free time helping others even as a child.  Real estate has allowed her to help others and provide for her family at the same time. She takes great pride in being 100% honest with her clients even if it means losing a deal. Monique enjoys a high client referral list which is indicative of the favorable opinion her previous clients have of her.

Monique understands that today's homeowner needs to be "in-the-know" to find that perfect home. She utilizes a variety of online marketing tools, professional staging, and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, Monique uses her local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes you are looking to buy as well as sell. Her engineering background provided the negotiation foundation required to become a successful investor as well. She can assist with investments that range from first time home flips to multi-unit apartment deals. 

Monique is married with two beautiful children. She spends her free time volunteering with little league sports and mentoring underprivileged youth. She also enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new and exciting outdoor activities.
