Hello and WELCOME!
I am Monica Humphrey, and I am honored at the possibility to work with you and your family! I have been a NE Houston resident off and on for most of my life, with this last stretch being for over 10 years. Along with being a realtor, I am a wife to an awesome husband, have three active kiddos, serve on the PTO board, and am active in my community and church.
Throughout my life, I have moved roughly every three years. I understand the joy, stress, headache, and urgency there is when buying and/or selling a home. I am happy to be able to share in the joys and use my expertise to help in eliminating any stresses that may come with such big changes for YOU and YOUR family.
My degree in Business Finance allows me to understand your financial needs when buying/selling your home. My area knowledge enables me to help you familiarize yourself with different locations and pick the home that is best for you. At the same time, my past experience of almost 10 years as a Buyer (negotiations and contract management) with The Boeing Company ensures that I am able to prepare clean and professional contracts while negotiating the best price and options for you and your family.
