We had the absolute joy and pleasure of having Megan Speir represent us during our buying/selling experience. She was AMAZING! The amount of attention and love she pours into her clients is truly unmatched. She goes above and beyond in every facet of her role. From the professionally produced promo video, to the listing description and photos, to the creative open house events, she far surpassed our expectations! Megan is an awesome realtor and very knowledgeable. She showed us a lot of houses and never rushed us not once. She was very patient and she got a feel of what we liked and shared houses she thought we would like with our budget. She always kept to the budget and didn’t try to convince us to get something we couldn’t afford. And if I didn’t understand something she took the time to explain it to where I understood it.
