After twenty years in the transportation industry, Molly decided to make a change and moved into the real estate world, where her knowledge and expertise not only help guide families towards finding their perfect homes, but also help businesses find their perfect home away from home by assisting them with their commercial real estate needs. Molly is a native Houstonian, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Methodist University. Her marketing and business background is a great asset in navigating the ins and outs of complex real estate transactions and creating a smooth process for her clients. Molly's clients describe her as being competent and patient, and very responsive to their needs. Molly has her New Home Construction Certification (NHC), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE) and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist Certification (TACS). When she's not busy with real estate life, Molly is usually volunteering her time with a local dachshund rescue organization, helping orphaned dogs find their perfect homes as well.
