Does the third party financing Addendum expire at 5pm or at midnight if the specified day?

Little delayed on the response here, but I thought this was an interesting question. I had my Time Zone set for the wrong region on ZIPFORMS when I first became a realtor and this became a very important deciding factor for Earnest Money being returned. I\'ll go ahead and tell you I was fortunate and luckily correct. I called the TAR Attorney hotline and they informed me 11:59pm is when the Buyer Approval ends. Also, Day 1 is the day after it\'s signed by both parties. For questions like this, I may ask a few trusted sources including my broker, but I really like using the free attorney question answering service available to us as realtors. 1-800-873-9155 is their number. It\'s a service provided as part of the dues you are already paying. Good luck to you.
