As a 2nd generation Real Estate Agent, I am licensed in Colorado as well as my home state of Texas. I began my real estate career in the mountains of CO working in ski resort communities that I called home. With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, I began my career in resort development as an administrative assistant concierge. From there, I became an assistant in a boutique real estate office and pursued getting my license. My experience as a previous business owner focused on customer service and elevated experiences along with sales provided me with the skills I needed to become a Real Estate Broker. With 20 years of experience in Colorado, I have moved back to Texas to continue doing what I love and to serve others in both states. My desire is to be the go to agent to our local agents if they have clients who would like to purchase a mountain property in Colorado. I have relocation experience and helped many purchase homes for their primary home as well as their second homes or investment properties. As an investor of real estate, including ski in ski out property used as a rental, commercial property rental, and long term property management, I am equipped to help my clients find any type of property they may be interested in. My goal is to teach others to help bring generational wealth to their families through real estate ownership.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) The highest credential awarded to Sales Agents who complete 30 hours specialized education and have a minimum of 30 million in sales.

Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification for Realtors® who specialize in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, retirement, resort, recreational in vacation destinations.

Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation for Realtors® who want to specialize in helping the aging population buy, sell, relocation or transition into their forever homes. Retirement living or moving close to their children, legacy building properties, or downgrading, this certification has benefitted me to assist others in this stage of ownership.

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Certification to home negotiation skills, principals, strategies and techniques to assist buyers and sellers to get to their end goal in real estate.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation
certification to help agents know all of the ins and outs of the home buyer process.

I am available to assist in Colorado and Texas with experience of living in various areas of both states. I am a pro at helping clients with relocation, wether it be a move in state or out. I have always  surrounded myself with the best of the best agents and have a wide network of professionals to assist in making moves the most positive of an experience as possible.Networking and collaboration is my jam!
