Minor has been involved in Real Estate and Real Estate Development for over 25 years, not only in the United States but Internationally. His real estate background gives him the knowledge to work with large farm & ranch properties, luxury properties, international properties, development tracks and hunting properties. He brings an understanding of the Real Estate market and dedicates himself to professionalism and personal service.
He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Louisiana & Colorado and is a member of The Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The Texas Realtors Land Institute, where he is currently on the Board of Directors and President, The Colorado Realtors Land Institute, The National Realtors Land Institute, where he is also board member and the Land Education Foundation, where he is a member of the board of trustees.
He is a founding member and board member of The Texas Land Brokers Network and is also a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. He is a four year in a row recipient of The Texas Land Broker Network, agent to agent highest transaction award and a National Realtor Land Institute agent to agent highest transaction award recipient. He is also a recipient of the Lands of America Land Star award, "This award recognizes top professional brokers in the land real estate market for their accomplishments.
Minor is also a founding member/broker of American Farm & Ranch Brokerage, a premier group of farm and ranch brokers nationwide. He is a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), The Houston Association of Realtor's International Task Force and is an Advanced Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds The Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation.
He is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where he serves as Captain on the Rodeo International Committee. He is past President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica and past Vice-President of the Association of American Chamber's of Commerce of Latin America.
