can the seller refuse to open house for multiple inspectors during option pending?

No! If you are still in your option period he is bound by the contract to allow multiple inspections if that is what your asking. If you have a realtor representing you in the transaction then let them deal with it. You have the option to cancel the contract and lose your options money.

You have to be a licensed realtor to advertise your home on the MLS. That is one of the benefits you receive listing your home with a realtor. Your home will be seen by more buyers and advertised on various websites on the internet. This is where most buyers start there search. Listing with a realtor, your home will probably sell for more than the commission you will save selling yourself.

How to pull up by specific school

Most listings have the school district not the school. You can search by zipcode but I recommend verifying the school once you find a home you like. Some agents list the schools but it is not required.
