Michelle Whitecotton returned to Markham Realty, Inc. as a licensed REALTOR® in October 2016. She worked for Markham Realty, Inc., as Office Manager from 1992 to 1996 while pursuing her education at Sam Houston State University. She and her husband, Tim Whitecotton, have two adult children.
Michelle has years of experience working in Walker County including 15 years at The Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She is a past President of the Tall Pines Association of REALTORS®. Michelle’s designations include GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), TRLP (Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and Social Media Pro.
Michelle is well established in Walker and surrounding counties. Her expertise in the local area enables her to find the ideal residence in a neighborhood or the perfect acreage for rural endeavors. She has also dedicated over 30 years to the rodeo industry. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, growing the upcoming generations of youth in the rodeo community, and facilitating real estate transactions with buyers and sellers that depend on her.
