Michelle McGowan is a native of Southeast Texas and has been an active member in her community for 30 plus years. She is so excited to be serving her community. With a passion for service in the Southeast TX area, Michelle is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As Office Manager of Key2close realty, she carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything she does. Michelle especially likes to help first time homebuyers turn their homebuying dreams into reality. She has founded the SETX First Time Homebuyer Hub and loves teaching and providing the educational resources needed to buy a home. Prior to real estate, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Leader in several different industries with a strong emphasis in negotiations, training, business acumen, leadership and customer service. Those industries include retail, pulp and paper, and the oil and energy sector. She graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Michelle is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, Southeast TX MLS and HAR. Michelle also has her designation in MRP-Military Relocation Professional. When Michelle isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she is enjoying spending time at the lake, beach or just handing out with family and friends.
