She was there daily to be sure everything was done and done right. She even handled some items herself! Then came the big freeze that hit Houston and she worked hard to protect our house from pipes freezing, pool pump or irrigation system damage. And, she pulled it off so we had no problems like so many people in the area. Frankly, I can't imagine what would have happened without her.
