Michelle Comstock is a veteran of the Houston Real Estate market. Earning her license in 1998, Michelle began working her full time real estate career in 2005 and quickly achieved success.
Michelle possesses a swift ability to assess and understand client needs. “Success in real estate not only comes from managing a transaction from start to finish, but it also deeply involves customer relations, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.” This is the reason why Michelle has great customer retention and repeat referrals from friends, family, and past clients.
Well versed in neighborhoods including Bellaire, Garden Oaks, Heights, Memorial Villages, Meyerland, Midtown, Oak Forest, Rice Military, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Westbury, West University, Willow Meadows, Katy, Pearland, Sugar Land and many more, Michelle successfully negotiates sales from the $100,000’s into the millions. Michelle’s extensive knowledge of Houston’s many neighborhoods and a keen eye for quality serves her clients well.
When not working, Michelle’s other passion is cooking. A bit of a foodie, Michelle enjoys creating gourmet meals, entertaining, and spending time with her growing family. Michelle is also an active member of Bellaire United Methodist Church and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Bellaire Young Mothers, a non for profit organization consisting of 1200 members/mothers.
