She has extensive knowledge in day-to-day operations, managing and mentoring sales associates, assistants and administrative support staff. Michele values the talents, skills, and experiences that each possesses and places particular emphasis on inclusion and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Michele’s own integrity, honesty and ethics, as well as her outstanding ability to handle multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities and oversee office policies and procedures are highly regarded. As a Texas Real Estate Commission-approved Instructor, Michele is qualified to teach at the State level, which allows the company to offer sales associates the in-house continuing education classes necessary for license renewal.
