After 12 years of owning & operating a very successful commercial construction company, supervising up to 35 employees at a time, traveling all over the United States performing hurricane reconstruction work, I decided to add real estate to my portfolio. Twenty five years of being self employed owning and operating my own businesses, I can truly appreciate the importance of having a real estate agent who is always available and who puts your needs first. What sets me apart from other real estate agents is I do work 7 days a week, I always answer my phone and I do respond to all emails and text messages. My sharp commercial business sense combined with my home flipping experience and vast knowledge of construction and home remodeling enable me to make sure each of my clients will get the best deal available; everything from what to look for as we tour potential homes, to making sure my client understands every step of the process from contract to close and everything in between. I assist my clients in buying, selling and leasing homes in the Houston and surrounding areas.
