“ Mr. Michael Middleton was God sent I don t live in Houston, Texas and I was looking for an investment property there. He not only helped me buy a property that was a good fit for my budget and future prospects he went out of his way to make this entire process extremely smooth and hassle-free from sending me videos of the properties, to guiding me about the market rent, advising me about the property condition, coordinating with the Title company, arranging a contractor for a little TLC and finding a property manager for me. I would say that he is a complete package, he s a market expert, he understands his clients needs and tries his best to serve his clients best interest. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars but this is not the option in this survey. I highly recommend Mr. Middleton for your real estate needs. ”
