Michael Karol
Michael Karol was born and raised in Fort Worth where he has spent the majority of his life apart from attending Ole Miss and graduating with a B.B.A. in Business Management in 2009. Michael was exposed to real estate at a young age while working for his father on local residential subdivision developments. It was there that he learned the value of being patient and persistent in order to successfully complete the task at hand. Michael is also a certified property tax consultant which offers an added benefit to his clients beyond the closing table. He lives and breathes commercial real estate and has an unquestionable work ethic that is evident amongst his client relationships, colleagues and shown by the industry related accolades he's received over the years. His specialty and passion lie in the economic development of greater North Texas. He's an active part of the Fort Worth community and it's affiliates as a board member of Southeast Fort Worth Inc. and East Fort Worth Inc. and serves as Vice-Chair to GFWAR's Society of Commercial Realtors. As a lifelong Fort Worthian, Michael is very knowledgeable about our local real estate market which helps provide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with the confidence they need to purchase or lease the most suitable commercial property for their respective businesses. Helping local entrepreneurs, existing business and developers find the perfect new or expansion location to set up shop is his passion. Watching his client's businesses succeed is the most satisfying part of his job. When he's not selling or leasing commercial property for his clients, he enjoys playing golf with friends, hunting & fishing, live music and traveling aboard. His love for traveling inspired him to co-found the non-profit organization, Fort Worth Abroad whose mission is to raise funding for study aboard scholarships awarded to FWISD grads by means of live musical performances and art that showcase local talent.
