Michael Joseph has been engaged in the real estate industry since 11/1/99. While in the process of building my experiences as a Real Estate agent, he was trained by Texas Supreme Mortgage as a loan officer.
The training was very intense - from reading W-2's to understanding credit reports and debt to income ratios. Then Michael was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company. The training received from this company helped to develop his eyes to see value and defects in properties.
Being trained by these two companies afforded Michael Joseph the wealth of knowledge to develop into a young real estate investor, so please understand that when you hire Michael to work on your behalf, he is not the average real estate agent. he is an agent that has walked the walk.
