Michael Gaido is a fourth generation native Galvestonian, commonly known as “BOI” - Born on the Island. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was affiliated with the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Michael has a lifetime’s worth of knowledge about the West End of Galveston Island and Galveston’s Historical District, as well as the mainland and surrounding Galveston County.
Michael has leveraged over 16 years in real estate and 20 years’ involvement in a family-run business in the food industry into a solid ability to provide excellent customer experiences for each of his clients.
Michael has proven negotiating skills, focused professionalism, integrity and a dedicated work ethic. He enjoys the challenges of finding the perfect property for his clients, and he takes pride in his ability to educate and help them make informed decisions about their real estate transactions. His extensive customer service experience and craftsmanship in remodeling homes allows him to easily understand and assist with his client’s home buying needs.

Michael looks for every excuse to be outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling. He also enjoys college football and always loves making the trip to Austin for UT games.
Michael lives on Galveston Island with his wife, Amanda, and their four children. He’s often spotted at volleyball or basketball games, favorite sports of his kids.
