Micah Harper

Micah Harper is a licensed real estate broker and attorney in the State of Texas whose extensive experience in real estate was developed over the past 21 years. In addition to growing one of the largest independent brokerages in San Antonio from inception, Micah has raised tens of millions of investment funds for his residential and commercial real estate development projects and has been asked to be an advisor to some of the largest companies in the real estate industry today.

INDUSTRY RECOGNITION

·         In 2019 Micah was asked to sit on the Premier Agent Advisory Board for Zillow Group, this board is made up of 25 brokers from across the United States and its purpose is to provide industry insight and guidance to the multi-billion dollar companies that make up Zillow Group. Micah continues to sit on that board today.

·         In 2020 Micah was asked to sit on the Advisory Board for CAST Services, a real estate digital services company based in Denver, CO that provides high-level marketing and technology services to many of the largest brokerages in the country.

·         In 2021 Micah was asked to sit on the Advisory Board for Homelight.com, a real estate technology company that matches real estate clients with real estate agents based on the agent’s track record and sales.  Micah declined this opportunity because it would conflict with his advisory role with Zillow Group as they are direct competitors. 

·         From 2011 through 2025 Micah has consistently been named a 5-Star Realtor for Central Texas, a market area that includes San Antonio and Austin by Texas Monthly Magazine

·         Since 2019 Micah has been recognized by Homelight.com as a Top 1% Agent nationally

·         In 2020 Micah was selected by nationally syndicated radio host Dave Ramsey as a real estate endorsed local provider for the San Antonio market
