“I can t say enough about how positive our experience was working with Marni Marrero. From start to finish she was on top of everything. We knew going in that the market was slow and that it would probably take some time before we sold our home. Marni checked in often with market analysis reports and different ideas of ways she was showcasing our home. She gave great suggestions at the beginning on how to rearrange our owners suite to make it flow better along with ways to declutter so that everyone who walked in could see themselves living in our space. We had a tiny hiccup at closing where the buyer did not bring their spouse with them to sign the paperwork and Marni along with the agent she prefers working with at title company were able to immediately come up with a solution to get everything closed and funded the same day.
