“I feel she dropped the ball. I also felt like she was working more for the buyer. The buyer did NOT move into the house until 1.5 months after closing when I asked to pay for a couple extra days after closing to find property to live in. (I needed the money from closing to pay for rent). I was pressured to speed up the process on moving out of the house the day of closing asking to move out in an hours time. Makes no sense whatsoever when we are trying to move out a houseful of things. When the other realtor asked to help out with the walk thru, she said flat out "No." Also, I had asked her why is was taking so long for the Harris County Appraisal District to transfer ownership. She told me I had to supply the paperwork which did not make sense. When I got hold of the Title Company, they advised me the buyers had to supply the paperwork which made more sense. I got the impression she's either too new or something. Out of the 5 houses I have bought and sold, this was by far, the most stressful sale. It could have been much better. ”
