With nearly 10 years of experience in real estate, I proudly serve New Braunfels, Comal County, Guadalupe County, and surrounding Central Texas communities as both a Realtor and a Licensed Loan Officer in the state of Texas. This dual role allows me to provide clients with a more streamlined, informed, and efficient buying and selling experience. Before real estate, I was a business and marketing high school teacher, which shaped the way I work with clients today—education, communication, and transparency are at the foundation of everything I do. I earned my Business Management degree with a minor in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University, and I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship and building a client-focused business. As a New Braunfels real estate agent, I work with first-time homebuyers, veterans, investors, growing families, and clients downsizing. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, my goal is to reduce stress, provide clarity, and guide you confidently through every step of the process. Being both a Realtor and Loan Officer means fewer outside parties involved, faster answers, and better communication throughout the transaction. While I can’t control underwriting or guarantee loan approval, I can proactively identify potential challenges, explain options clearly, and move the process forward efficiently because I’m directly involved on both the real estate and lending sides. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial and emotional decisions most people make. My role is to anticipate issues, handle the details, and serve as a steady point of contact from contract to closing. The most rewarding part of my work is sitting at the closing table—especially with clients who never thought homeownership was possible—and watching them receive the keys to their new home. Over time, my clients often become friends and feel like family, and I’m honored to be part of their journey in New Braunfels and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
