“My fianc and I stumbled upon Melyssa with the intention to lease a house. Upon first encounter we both felt at ease talking to her, we did not like the first home we visited and I think she picked up on that, so she very casually asked us what we were looking for and then offered to show us some other properties that same day. Right off the bat she showed us time, care and compassion. She checked in with us often, offered to set up portals, set up calls on our time should we have any questions and visited a couple neighborhoods- VERY diligent After a few more visits with leasing properties she asked us a very simple question have y'all considered buying? Immediately we both felt nervous to answer because the truth is- we were scared. She responded to our apprehension by ever so smoothly offering us intel, advice and understanding. Had it not been for her kind and patient response we would not have found ourselves buying a home this year.
