Melynn Williams

Melynn Williams, is a dedicated real estate professional based in Fredericksburg, Texas, who proudly stands as the lone Texan in her family lineage—a fact she relishes with pride! Raised among four brothers (and no sisters), Melynn's upbringing instilled in her a resilient spirit, a trait she carries into negotiations on behalf of her clients. And notably, she holds the distinction of being the first female born out of 18 births on her father's side! A testament to her tenacity and determination. As a proud aunt to five nephews and five nieces, she cherishes her familial bonds.

Having earned her degree from Baylor University in 1997, where she was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta, Melynn embarked on a successful career journey. Her professional path led her to Dallas, where she spent over 15 years serving as a leasing manager for a national firm. In this role, she honed her skills in team leadership, property evaluation, and strategic marketing, garnering multiple awards for her outstanding contributions. Furthermore, Melynn provided invaluable consultancy services to a Dallas-based developer, offering insights into floor plan design, office layout, and buyer-attracting amenities, utilizing her innate eye for design and detail.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melynn's true passion lies in forging meaningful connections with clients. Driven by a desire to assist others, she transitioned into full-time real estate sales, relocating to Fredericksburg in 2014. Since 2015, she has been actively involved in the local real estate market, playing a pivotal role with the local REALTOR® board, serving as the TREPAC chair, on the Public Involvement committee, MLS committee and she has just been elected as President Elect. Melynn also finds fulfillment in volunteering with various local organizations, embracing the opportunity to give back to her beloved community.  She has been a volunteer for Hill Country Memorial Hospital, served as a mentor to kids at Hill Country Youth Ranch, and currently she is Presiding Judge for the Early Voting Ballot Board for city elections and is an active member of the Pedernales Collective Arts Alliance. Melynn holds an unwavering affection for her cherished hill country home of Fredericksburg, Texas!

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Melynn finds inspiration in activities such as hiking, including a memorable ten-day trek along the Appalachian Trail. She also enjoys engaging in word games, appreciating architecture, and immersing herself in music. Endowed with boundless patience, kindness, and an impeccable sense of design, Melynn embodies the qualities essential to a top-tier real estate agent.
