You can text call and get a response within half an hour. Since it was our first time, every single question we had, she was there with expertise and really had our best interest. We know that because we witnessed Melody operating with integrity. She even went out of her way to make sure things got done right away even if it meant staying after hours. We bought a house from out of state and was dealing with multiple different time zones. She negotiated and brought up concerns that we wouldn t even have thought of since we ve never owned a house before.
