“Melanie was referred to me by a close friend to start looking at purchasing a house. I could not have been happier with having Melanie walk me through the home buying process for the first time. She communicated very well which I think is the most important part of this process. I have to work 7-5 weekdays and as the single person buying the house, she was always willing to go later in the day and weekends to look during times I was available. She even would go look at places without me and send me videos and do a first pass before we setup a second showing. Once we found the house we wanted to put an offer in on, she was so fast at preparing the offer, clarifying details and ensuring that everything was in order for our offer. After the offer was accepted she stayed in touch through the whole loan process and helped with any and all questions I had about buying the house. I cannot write enough about how great working with Melanie was.”
