“Thank you for the opportunity to extohl the virtues of the very best real estate agent I have ever used. I hired Melanie Carson when I was purchasing this property. She was recommended to me by an agent here in Flint, TX. She was working remotely and kept me apprised very frequently. So when I was selling this same property I immediately called her. This property's sale presented some unique challenges and she helped me work through them with knowledge and humor. Boy did we need that!! The list of challenges are far too many to discuss ,but safe to say there many and she led the way to solving them. I could call at any time and she would answer my calls with solutions when I needed her assistance. My house was vacant and she made sure it was swept and dusted, that the landscaping was kept up, that the trash cans were emptied , she requested a mail box key and emptied it out and sent the contents to me, she even swept out the garage after is was emptied.
