Megan Stultz

Megan Stultz is the owner and Broker Associate at Southern Luxury Realty, formerly Fairwater Westmont Real Estate. She is a 2005 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. Megan, her husband Ryan, and their children are proud local residents of Montgomery County.

Megan also leads the Bluejack Realty team with expert strategy, market intelligence, and a natural service style that is synonymous with Bluejack culture and standards. In this leadership role, Megan manages all real estate sales and strategy with oversight of the current team and reports directly to the Board and Ownership. She is also integral in the design and planning of Bluejack's next iteration of luxury living: Bluejack Ranch outside of Fort Worth, Texas.

Prior to joining the Bluejack family, Megan managed a team at her top-performing real estate company based in Montgomery. In 2013 Megan merged with Fairwater Real Estate, LLC, to create Fairwater Westmont Real Estate. Together they have grown an exclusive boutique firm featuring top agents in the Montgomery County area. There, she pioneered infrastructure influx in the Montgomery County area by owning and operating commercial real estate properties and construction companies. In 2024, Megan took over the brokerage and rebranded to Southern Luxury Realty.

As far back as the 2008 housing crisis, Megan worked extensively with Wells Fargo and Compass Banks listing and selling their foreclosure properties in the Greater Houston Area. Megan completed Broker Price Opinions and coordinated with contractors and other vendors to maintain the assets. In that two-year period, she handled over 200 foreclosure transactions.

Megan has always been inspired by local real estate because of her connection to Montgomery. Her local roots are five generations deep, which led her to obtaining her real estate license. Megan also has a background in newspaper marketing which affords her the knowledge and experience to strategically and successfully market homes.
