“I have just finished both buying and selling a house with Meagan. While the process itself can be overwhelming, she walked me through it. When it was time for negotiating with a buyer regarding repairs needed she went toe to toe with their realtor and showed them why there was no reason to discount the selling price for 95 of the items they mentioned. Communication was excellent. She was always very responsive to me - even when I got nervous or started being concerned.
