Cathy graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a BS in Civil Engineering. She had a successful career for 11 years, specializing in transportation and land development, earning her Professional Engineers License. Using her engineering background, she enjoys looking for the potential in every property and realizes that in order to achieve your goals during the buying and selling process, your relationship with your agent is of paramount importance. She specializes in the Memorial Villages, and has worked in Katy, Sugarland and Gonzales County. Cathy and her husband David have lived in Houston since 1992. They have raised 6 children while living in Spring Valley and are members at Grace Presbyterian Church, serving as elders, teaching Sunday School and Bible Study. Their children have attended Baylor University, and are attending Texas A&M University and the University of Oklahoma. When they aren't busy in Houston or visiting their kids, David and Cathy enjoy spending time at their ranch near Moulton, Texas.
