My name is RishaJ! I was born and raised in Austin, TX; I moved to Houston in 2014 to pursue my bachelors degree in business finance. Upon graduating in 2018, I decided to permanently make Houston my home. I first got my start in real estate in 2017 taking a class at TSU; I then interned for a broker that summer. Before graduating college I worked as a receptionist for Womack Development until 2020. I then explored entrepreneurship and substitute teaching at private schools. In 2022 I worked a corporate job for 4 months until I quit to finish real estate school; I received my license 2 weeks after quitting my job. I’ve been a full time realtor since December 2022, I’m excited to further my career and help people invest into real estate.
