Matthew Fitzgerald
Matthew B. Fitzgerald is a Friendswood native, Greater Clear Lake area REALTOR, and team lead with The Land-Man Group, with Billy Burt & Associates Real Estate, DBA, out of League City, Texas. Mat also lives in League City, with his wife, Puchnida, daughter, Emerald Tru (who is now "off at college"), and son, Roman Aedan.
A former active duty Marine, having served 17 years in the service including his Reserve time, Mat was recruited by one of the premier financial advisory companies in the country. He worked as a financial advisor, and certified financial manager, in the private client services division, specializing in comprehensive retirement planning, and asset and wealth management.
Having been ranked as "Rookie of the Year" in the Clear Lake area early in his financial services career during one of our countries most difficult financial markets - the early 2000s recession, and Dot-com bubble 2000-2002 - and after a successful four and a half years, Mat voluntarily left the industry in 2004, to pursue real estate full-time. He went on to form his own limited liability company, thus setting the stage for a self-employed career in investment real estate, and home improvement.
Taking his military discipline and financial knowledge to task, along with his experience in having personally and profitably invested in real estate, represented real estate investors, and worked in home improvement, Mat focuses on opportunities in the acquisition of investment property, residential property, and raw land. His Client focus is working with military Veterans, active duty military personnel, and their Families.
