“Before I met Matt, I had sold four houses. Each time, we picked up the agent that offered the highest listing price. None of theses houses was sold with the price near the listing price. For two of these houses, we had to change agent by the end of the contract because the agents couldn't sell the houses. When I first talked to Matt, he showed clear marketing strategy, and very good market sense. The listing price he provided wasn't the highest, Unlike the agents I used before, Matt didn't try to use the highest listing price to get the opportunity. Instead, he demonstrated great professionality, which made me select him. On the other side, he also demonstrated quick market adapting ability. when we realized the market was going up, he quickly increased the listing price which helped us get the best offer we were looking for. I know there’s a lot of realtors out there that are just tying to make a quick buck but Matt was the perfect person we could have met.
