Shortly after obtaining her sales license she began working toward her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative). This designation is the culmination of many hours of professional courses and examinations. Mary Ann then began working toward her Texas broker’s license, which she received a few years ago. After 7 years in the industry Mary Ann realized her long term goal and opened her own company in January 2006.Besides being a licensed broker, Mary Ann is a REALTOR, a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Texas Association of REALTORS and her local REALTOR organization. She is “e-certified”, which means she is knowledgeable about using the Internet and e-mail for marketing and servicing her clients. In addition, she is also a 1031 Exchange Specialist, a type of property exchange named after a section of IRS regulations. Mary Ann is proud to own her own company and looks forward to assisting her present and future clients with all their real estate needs
