“Mary was totally professional and nade the selection and buying very easy. We have purchased eight homes and this was our best realtor experience. The reason it was such a great experience is that Mary listens, showed us what met our criteria and did not waste anyones time showing us anything outside our perimeters. We came in Mid afternoon on a Saturday and made an offer by mid day Sunday. This was possible because Mary had been sending us homes for almost a year while we tried selling our house in Florida. She is the BEST!”

“Mary Rosen came highly recommended to us from a close friend in the business who recently moved out of the area. Mary was so easy to work with and was by far the best at communicating details and information to us than any of the other realtors we were using in purchasing our other house. Mary was always direct with us and provided the facts we needed but did so in a polite, friendly and professional manner. She was also very open to our preferences or suggestions and provided her professional opinion on them but still supported us when we felt strongly about them. Mary did a great job marketing the house and once we received our first offer that is when she really became invaluable. She helped us negotiate a great price even better than we were expecting and then kept things moving smoothly throughout the whole process. If we are ever in the position to need a realtor in the area again we will certainl be calling Mary back... but in the meantime we will be referring her to anyone we know who does need a great rrealtor today.
