She brought in her staging consultant, who was also fantastic, and gave advice that transformed our lovely home into a buyer magnet. She provided a top notch photographer that had everyone looking at our picture perfect home online. Her coming soon advertising and networking set us up perfectly for the showings and open house. With all that preparation we had 18 offers after showing our house on a Friday, Saturday, and Monday; all of which were over asking price.
