If I could give Mary more than five stars, I absolutely would From the beginning of our home-buying journey through closing and even after Mary was nothing short of outstanding. She listened to what we wanted and needed, communicated consistently, and thoroughly explained every form and document so we always understood what we were signing. What truly set Mary apart was how strongly she advocated for us. During our walk-throughs with our third-party inspector, she wasn t standing on the sidelines. She actively looked for issues, addressed concerns directly with the construction manager and Lennar team, climbed into the attic, and was even willing to get on the roof to make sure repairs were properly completed. When Lennar later advised us that the irrigation system we had originally been told in writing was included would not be installed, Mary knew this was a major selling point for us. She made it her goal to advocate for us and hold Lennar accountable for what had been represented. Even after closing, Mary s care didn t stop. She continued checking in and stopping by to make sure we were settling in and had everything we needed. We never felt like we were simply another transaction. When asked what Mary could improve upon, I genuinely don t have an answer. She was communicative, knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, proactive, and truly had our best interests at heart. Mary didn t just help us purchase a house she advocated for us and made sure the home we were promised was the home we received.
