Mary Compton

Mary Compton, has just returned from a well earned hiatus.  She is a native Houstonian, attended Kincaid School, and graduated from University of Texas in Austin with a BA degree in Mathematics, and Political Science. She is an extremely hard worker, and an excellent negotiator. Going the extra mile for her clients is extremely important to her, as selling and buying a home is a major financial transaction for everyone. She believes serious time, and careful consideration must be given to each client. Dedication and commitment to her clients are of paramount importance to her. Mary opened her own company, Mary Compton Properties, in order to insure her own personal standards of integrity, and work ethics would always be retained. Not only is Mary an experienced real estate agent, but she also was a mortgage banker for numerous years. She brings an in depth experience to her real estate clients regarding which banks, and mortgage companies programs can best serve their loan requirements, while offering good rates, and reasonable closing costs. Rates and regs for mortgages can vary across the board, depending on which institution is involved. Mary's competency level in both real estate, and the mortgage industry serves to give her buyers and sellers a competitive edge.
