Marta Peralta is the Director of Sales Operations for EmpowerHome Team's Houston location, supporting agents and assuring that each Team member has everything they need to help as many families as possible and make an impact. Having moved to the U.S. from Poland, Marta knows firsthand how much of a difference Realtors can have on their clients' lives, and she enjoys helping agents lead their clients toward reaching their Real Estate dreams. Her favorite part of being a part of the EmpowerHome Team family is giving back to the community and supporting EmpowerHome Team's Worthy Causes. Before joining EmpowerHome Team, Marta studied at Kozminski University in Warsaw, beginning her work in Real Estate after moving to the U.S. She enjoys practicing fitness and hiking in her free time, as well as spending time with her family.
