I feel that this review will not do justice to how positive our experience truly was with Marta but I will give it my best. I have relocated with my company a number of times, I am from Scotland and moved to Newfoundland Eastern Canada, from there moved to Sakhalin Island Russia, we were evacuated back to Scotland, then relocated to Texas US. Due to these moves I have a lot of experiences with a number of real estate agents and can confidently say that my best, by far, was with Marta. The challenge when moving country is that you don't know the small details that are critical to finding yourself a happy home and when you are relocating with a toddler, a very pregnant wife and two large dogs those details are what make the difference between a house you live in vs a home you feel belonging in. Marta's in-depth knowledge of the market, how to navigate it as well as what makes a home a home guided us to a property we never would have found ourselves. Beyond that we ended up with a property below our budget and every issue we did not foresee, being an international relocation, Marta resolved with ease. When you add to this just how wonderful a person she is it turned what has always been a headache task for me into something fun and exciting that has landed us in a home we truly love. If you are looking for someone who weighs your happiness as a part of their professional responsibility as well as an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and properties then I encourage you to go with Marta for your home finding needs, whether that be for rental or purchase.
