Marla Bailey is a fantastic realtor who knows a lot about her market and goes above and beyond for her clients. It is rare that she doesn't have the answer to a question but when that happens she very quickly researches to discover a solution. She has great relationships with lenders, insurance agents, and outside service providers that new and prospective homeowners may need. She makes herself available to her clients and works hard to meet their needs. Highly recommend her and will definitely use her in the future.

We can’t speak highly enough of Marla! She was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were first time home buyers and she made the whole process from beginning to end as seamless as possible. She was always so kind and patient with us. Extremely professional and quick with thorough responses. Super pleasant when responding to my late night texts and early morning emails with endless questions. She worked so incredibly hard to find us the perfect house in this crazy market. She sets the bar so high and goes above and beyond to make sure all of her clients needs are met.

Looking for a home can be really frustrating, especially when you're busy. I didn't have the time to research communities, neighborhood's, Sq ft of the rooms, etc. When I first contacted Marla I readily expressed these concerns. I stated my requirements for a living space and commute to work. What happened next was amazing. Marla told me she was going to create an online page just for me where it will include all the houses the met my expectations. This allowed me to skip so many pain points. I was presented about 8-12 different houses, all within a reasonable distance from my workplace. This allowed me to pick my current home with ease. If you're looking for a professional realtor, look no further. I'll be referring Marla for years to come!
