“Mark and team are incredible He had surgery in the middle of our home buying process and STILL worked so hard to ease our stress. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness, expertise and effort they bring to your home search. We stumbled upon them by chance and are so glad we did. While we worked primarily with Mark, we also enjoyed meeting Becky and knowing that we had her as a backup if Mark was out or unreachable. They are responsive, attentive, hospitable, just all around fantastic to work with. We really felt supported in our home search and were very impressed with Mark s ability to provide feedback in a manner that did not bias our decision-making process. He helped us navigate an unfamiliar neighborhood in a strange market and we truly believe we wouldn t feel as at home as we do now without him. Mark and team went above and beyond their scope of work for us. We purchased a historic home that was completely remodeled and Mark brought a keen eye to the blue tape walkthrough then coordinated everything with the seller contractor so we wouldn t have to worry. We were also having significant complications with our mortgage lender and Mark stepped in to help sort it out. 2 days after we closed, we were travelling with our 1 year old and couldn t get into the garage to park my truck before the flight left. Mark literally came over at 7am, took my truck keys and figured everything out with the seller contractor while we went off to the airport. I mean, if that isn t white glove service, I don t know what is Cannot recommend highly enough ”

“Mark and his team (Becky, Adam and Ryan) were on top of the process from the very beginning. He offered experienced, knowledgeable advise but also listened to what we prioritized as most important attributes in the home we were looking for. Our process involved over 15 months of phone, computer and video walk-throughs and meetings. He worked with our daughter in Houston as well as our family in Jacksonville Beach, Florida to weed through the package of homes until we found the right one. Mark and Becky walked us through the "art of negotiation", inspections and closing. They were not hesitant to make recommendations but always listened to what we felt was right for us. They were honest and had our best interest at heart. I would and will recommend Mark and Compass realty to family, friends and business associates in the Houston area.”
