Mark has vast knowledge of the Friendswood area and has an extensive network to pull from to promote the sale of my property. He went above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. Any issues were addressed swiftly and professionally. He was my advocate through the entire process and I highly recommend Mark Miller for ANY real estate need.

We have used Mark Miller to Buy and Sale a home. We have also recommended Mark to friends who have also purchase homes with Mark. Mark has professional knowledge, of how to get your home ready to sale. Mark explained, to us how to come up with a selling price that will gain us the maximum amount of money. He showed us what other homes in the area have sold for and how we could match or beat that price. Mark advised us what to look for when purchasing a home. He matched us with the home that we were approved for and ensured we had all required documents for funding with no problems. We would recommended Mark to anyone buying or selling a home or property.

Mark is a great realtor who can share a wealth of knowledge about the whole Galveston County area, including Galveston Island! He is responsive and listens to what his clients actually want in a home. He listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on likes and dislikes. We LOVED his low-key style as he would allow my husband and I to talk things through, privately, with no pressure at all. When we were ready to make an offer, Mark was a skillful, yet realistic negotiator. We are beyond thrilled with our new home and grateful to Mark for leading us to it. We recommend Mark as your realtor because he can accomplish your real estate dreams!

We are very Happy with the service Mark Miller provided us. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, from listing, to marketing, to negotiating, to closing. Mark is a great guy who listens to all your concerns and helps address each of them. He acted on everything very quickly, including returning phone calls and emails. He even helped get the house ready for showings!! He went the extra mile! Thanks Mark for making the process easy and enjoyable. We will definitely use Mark Miller again!
