Mark Kellner

Mark Kellner – A Texan through and through, Mark grew up on the Brazos River farming and ranching in Orchard and earned his Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Texas A&M University. Mark spent the first twelve years of his career as a Junior High School teacher and then went to work in the Oil and Gas Industry before beginning his career in real estate. Mark's work history in teaching and in the Oil and Gas Industry has provided him a skill set that includes the ability to communicate, empathize, and work with a broad range of people. Mark has advocated on the behalf of a myriad of subjects, including children in need in the classroom to corporate decisions in the boardroom and everything in between. Mark also places extreme value on the importance of timeliness and straightforwardness throughout each real estate transaction. Specializing in farm and ranch, rural, and small-town properties, Mark enjoys being in wide open spaces and has a discerning eye for one-of-a-kind properties. Over the years, Mark has developed relationships in rural real estate that enable him to fluidly move and locate off-market properties for his clients with particular tastes and a desire for privacy. Mark loves the outdoors and grew up hunting in South Texas and learning the area, an experience which taught him the art of meshing a good investment with enjoyment. Whether looking for small town living or large acreage tracts for recreation, hunting or income production, Mark takes great pleasure in assisting his clients in finding that perfectly unique property. Mark, along with his wife, Ward Kellner Properties Broker Beth Kellner, have four young children they cherish. In his spare time, Mark is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time on his ranch, in his garden, and fishing, all real-world experiences that give him great perspective looking for Farm and Ranch or recreational properties for his clients.
